Axai is for the first time in the bimonthly technology magazine "High-Tech", Intramedia is in charge it's publication. This magazine is being supported by several government dependencies that want the people to know about the latest technology news.

Today we closed the poll that we made to know the general opinion about the T-Shirts that will identify the members of our Web Workshop and Axai Consulting.

Last June we started the implementation process for MoProSoft, it has being taking shape and now we are starting to prepare all the details of all the products we need to have to be able to complete the first internal revision happening next month.

The experience has being sometimes rewarding but some other times frustrating and tiring. It has being great to see that our knowledge database has grown and now we have a place to store all the information related to new projects and customers.

Axai was present in the XXIV Week of Work Culture, organized by the Government's Department of Social Prevention and Work, we assisted to seminars such as:

• Assertive and Human Relations
• 9S's Methodology
• Balanced ScoreCard
• Quality Service

FEF is a religious organization here in Mexico. It's members are spread all over the map and I'm one of them =), so recently I got the task of building a website to foster communication among its widespread members. The idea is that this site will serve as a repository of the experience and knowledge of the people doing community work in FEF, so they can share the classes they prepare, the songs they know, pictures, meditations and the likes.

Also, as a second phase of this project, we integrated organic groups into the site, so FEF members can create virtual communities to help them organize and communicate.

Why?

Our clients are our reason to exist, thats why we are restructuring our strategy which will allow us to improve our internal processes to offer better service, greater growing opportunities and much more quality.

How?

We are working towards the NMX-059 verification. This verification is a Mexican norm regulated by NYCE (Normalización y Certificación Electrónica A.C.). which stands for Electronic Certification and Normalization.

The first site we launched was one of the first drupal themes we developed. It taught us a bunch of things. Nonetheless, during this first months, while we were developing new sites and improving our skills, we decided it was time to change our site design.

When we were first starting this company we got stuck, like everyone I guess, with the name. What should we call this new thing that we are trying to build?
