Consulting Process

The consulting starts with an initial diagnosis of the customer. It Is important to know and understand what the clients want to accomplish and their objectives. Once you get to know your clients, it is possible to make a real situation diagnosis by describing which areas are key areas, which processes are important and where you can find possibilities for improvement. Once all of this is achieved it is possible to start developing an action plan that will directly attack the problems by setting up strategies that will optimize the processes.
The next step is the implementation of the plans developed in the previous phase, it is important to maintain control of the situation because there will be resistance to change. Once all the implementation schemes have been implemented, it is necessary to evaluate the results and value what has worked and what has not and finally determine what the company's perception is.
With the results of the evaluation comes one of the most critical stages of the consulting process; the follow up stage; this is when the evaluated changes are made and more important ly, the observation of the new behaviors take place without the innervation of the consultants takes place. This way a final report can be presented to the customer.
