Development Process

Axai follows a staged development process, it allows us to implement solutions that will grow at the same rate that the company grows. This doesn't imply a big initial investment rather a continues improvement process.

Our process, just like many others, consist of 3 stages: design, development and implementation. Nonetheless each stage follows a methodology that will let us stay close to the client and it's needs. Our model is based in a lean development model.

The design process, the initial requirements and modeling sessions have the active participation of the client and the developer. Each part will be a participant in a brain storming session to gather the best ideas so everyone will know what needs to be achieve. All the process is documented for the better understanding of the stages to come.

The modeling and design sessions should bring ideas that will be translated into solutions for the proposed problems. Here we have some examples.

Our internal development model, the testing and implementation stages follows very closely the advice of Fred Brooks and the authors of Ship It. During the entire duration of the proyect there is a functional testing system, this way the client will be able to try it and give feedback to make any adjustments.
